Since the death of our founder in November 2021, we have been gathering many heartwarming messages from around the world. As Shirley fought to help primates for almost 50 years, she had a tremendous impact on humans as well.

I have received your tribute issue and I just wanted to let you know how very sad I was to read of Ms. McGreal’s passing. She was such and inspiration to everyone who met her. We have lost a wonderful human being and all the primates and critters she came in contract with will miss her terribly . I will be sending a donation in her honor. Sincerely Leonora Xhrouet
